Graeme's professional background includes the roles of Managing Director of the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation (Namibia, Swaziland & Botswana); member of the advisory board of the Allan Gray Centre for Leadership Ethics at Rhodes University; Associate Head of the Business Management Faculty at Da Vinci Institute for Technology Management; and Learning Solutions Practice Lead at FranklinCovey Southern Africa. He is an elected Fellow of the Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria.
Previous designations were held at The Centre for Policy Studies, National Endowment for Democracy and the Futures Group.
