My experience of The Influence Co Training. Thank you again Delaine, I hope this encapsulates how much this training impacted me personally and professionally.

I was apprehensive when I first received the invite to attend this training as I am not naturally a person who puts myself “out there”. As we navigated through the first 3 days I began to feel more confident to go into a difficult situation and start asking the right questions to understand the reason behind the reason. I felt safe to ask questions to explore different approaches and to gain an insight and better understanding of the person I was engaging with. People are unpredictable and I learned how to take those situations and use them to better understand the individuals ultimately, so that I could assist them where they most needed my assistance or intervention.

On a personal note, I felt enlightened and I was inspired in particular by Delaine and Gerhard. The simulation was the most eye- opening of all experiences and as a team this was where we were able to be honest in a safe environment and be the best we could be and add value to our organisation and teams.

I would love to pass through one of Delaine and Gerhard’s programmes again soon.
